I received a phone call saying I was in trouble for check fraud, a pay day loan i was sure i paid a year ago. I asked for documentation to be sent, and was told they have in the past wasn't worth there time and I will get a warrant for my arrest.Even after I explained that if it is validated i would pay.

I also received a phone call from a person that called himself a Liason for HZB Financial and said that I would be prosecuted if I fail to pay a certain Payday loan that I was almost certain that I had paid as well. It sounded almost authentic but now I am beginning to doubt that it is true. Does anyone know of this company and what its dealings is. I have tried to look up the information on the company and nothing seems to be available... please help...

I recently looked them up and found their website. They seem to be legitimate I also validated their company through the secretary of state. They are a pain in the butt, but I also believe it is the nature of their work.
