This is dept collection agency which is trying to collect money form ex-apartment rentals by phone or mail.
Most of the charges are not real or have been paid and in the end they can heart the credit score.
In many cases agent representatives are trying to speak directly with residential members in order to collect SSN or personal information, and when the owner answers the phone the agent hangs up.
Unfortunately they call 3 to 4 times a day with private caller ID information and when they hear mans voice they hang up.
