Kondaur capital took over my loan and would not work with me to modify my past due payments and forced me into bankrupcy.How do I get them to work with me on a modification

Kondaur Capital Corporation does not work with homeowners. Their goal is to get you out of the house and resell and make lots of money on foreclosures and reselling. They would not work with me either and I am fighting them now in court. They are trying to take my home. They would never accept payments from me from the beginning of taking over my loan in 1/09 They even flew two guys from california to intimidate me back in june of 09. Do some reseasearch on their ceo his name is John Daurio and he has been interviewed saying that he does not believe in modificaitons or workout plans because homeowners eventually default. These are very bad people. They will try and throw you out on the streets in the cold as they go home to their big ceo pension.

Kondaur Capital seems to be establishing a name for themselves I agree they are not concerned with keeping homeowners in their homes they are horrible, they make the whole modification process a nightmare, I was sent an email requesting me to call to review additional verification needed for the modification what the call really entailed was to tell me I was declined and here are your options Mr. Bo Gonzalez is the worst,unscrupulous,cold,ridiculous person I think I have ever had to work with he should really find another job suitable to his deranged moron personality,what a waste of the governments bailout money!

Kondaur purchased our loan and we have been fighting them for about a year and half. They were not lic.in Utah and they still get away with everything. I need help to fight them. If you can help let me know

Kondaur purchased my loan also. They refused to modify my loan. They where even trying to get me to do an action which was fraud and would never pass title. A rep which I will call Mr. D would continuously call my husband at work and tell him I was not cooperating. I spoke with an attorney who informed me that what we where trying to do would never clear at closing. I told Mr. D I was not going to do anything illegal. They constantly threatened me with foreclosure. I was forced to filed chapter 13 to save my home. A month later after filing I got a letter informing me Kondaur sold my loan. Mr. D continued to call both my husband at work and myself even after we filed bankruptcy. 4-5 months later after filing bankruptcy I go to a bankruptcy court hearing and guess who I see. Kondaur was there they never sold my loan. There is definatelty something not right at this point I am giving serious thaught to suing these people.

How can we make these people pay for what they have done to many homeowners???

I too was recently informed that my loan supposedly was sold to Kondaur. I'm dealing with a Mr G, who doesn't possess the skills needed to read bank statements. I am not dealing with these people, I've had enough, I am going through lawyers now, and hopefully things will work out.

Konduar Capital purchased my loan in January of 2010. They than begin to call and sent a realtor to my door to strong arm me into doing a cash for keys. Weeks later to alleged employees of Konduar came to my home and threatened that if I filed chapter 13 they would take my home anyway. The lawyer that they use Christin Coomber is part of a mortage mill down south that is now in a claas action lawsuit for forging documents which she did on my foreolosure process and at least 25 other cases in the Volusia area. I am sure 95% of all loans that Konduar foreclosed on were illegally taken. They are all part of a securities investment pool with hundreds of investors which Konduar has yet to file that becuase that would mean that each investor who owns a small piece of each mortgage note would have to be named on a securities document that should have been filed in each case. They have taken our homes illegal by not filing this document , The lawyer failing fraudulent affidavits in court and getting away with it because we the people dont understand the proper foreclosure proceedure. They work on the concept that the homeowner is to dumb to go to the court house and request copies of the documents filed and verify the information. That stops now . I am filing a complaint with the state of Florida Banking and Securities Division. Filing illegal foreclosure in a class actin lawsuit with damages. Filing a lawsuit against Greensfield and COOMBER. If this has happend to you and you want justice give me a call 386-402-7859. I am not a lawyer just a homeowner that Konduar thought they could railroad.

Kondaur is a joke I am in the buisness and they miss represent themsleves, in order to screw clients out of money and equity. If you are unfortunate enough to have to deal with them run or get an attorney.

Hello everyone. I am in the same page as all of you. my Loan was also bought by Kondaur Capital Corporation in February 27, 2010. However they began in January to insist that they were the owners of my property. So I mailed them a “QUALIFY WRITTEN REQUEST” to verify and just to exactly know what was going on with my loan. To make the story short they sold my home in July at an auction, however it reversed back to them. I will do everything in my power to fight them and yes I have filed a lawsuit both federal and state. I have also filed a TRO (temporary restraining order) and I am also fighting the Unlawful Detainer Eviction. I’ve searched there documents and I have found out that some people say they are one vice president in one page then service controller in another. I also found that one of there Notary did not have a license to notarized a document that was notarized in 2009. We all have to fight them back. Start going to court and ask for help and copies of documents. Yes its difficult and at points stressful very stressful. But isin’t our homes worth it?

We are fighting Kondar right now in court. WE WERE NOT IN DEFAULT WHEN KONDAR BOUGHT ARE LOAN. They refused payments, moved and did not tell us where to send our payments. they do anything and everything to get you out of your house. This company is a disgrace to America! I cannot beleive that these people are getting away with throwing hard working American people in the street with their kids! They are terrorizing us right now. I had to retain a lawyer and I am being forced into BK because of these people. Any insite would be greatly appreciated.

i have my mortgage with this company and they accept my payments... You guys need to stop crying and really send in your payments... I would bet that the majority on this site complaining have really no intention and no real means to pay your mortgage... All of you guys are just looking for a free home. if you cant afford to pay for the home give it back to the bank and start over.

Ok , folks here is what you are looking at. Kandaur is a bottom feeder debt collection company that buys debt for pennies on the dollar. They have very little to lose. the truth is much of what they buy is bad paper. For the most part if you challenge the authenticity of their claims and have them prove up the original wet ink documents you will find that what they usually have is a doctored chain of title. that is where you can prove thay are trying to get the whole enchilada for pennies on the dollar. Send in Fair Debt collection Practices act validations this is a consumer right law that allows you to get to the truth as to who owns the real note and mortgage. The QWR is if you admit that they have the right to collect and are challenging the servicing of the loan. It is best to go to the root of the problem. Make them prove that they have the legal right to collect. The moron that spoke about not having the money to pay is possibly with the banksters. Ignore that. What he does not say is that they buy bad paper that is many times uncollectable or at least negotiable and use material misrepresentations and illusory records to steal your home and equity. He sounds like he wants to make sense. It's all in the name of profit. Look your original documentation proves that there was a loan made. that you possibly do owe some money to someone. The problem is, if the documents do not meet the standards set by the Uniform Commercial code and they do not have the original note they place you in peril. You see, lets say they foreclose on you and claim to have the note. You fail to challenge that. 5 Years later some other company comes to bat and says hey we have the original note. they are in accordance to the UCC in the right to sue you. In Illinois if the lender cannot prove the originals and you make it a point you can demand by statute that they put up a indemnity bond for two times the amount you are alleged to owe. This stands forever as the bond is meant to protect you against any claims of debt made against you later should a note mysteriously appear with your signature somewhere. This can take the wind out of their sales! If you want to fight, you need to know how. The main idea here is find a liability against them and use it! Not to just get the property, moreover to get them out of business! Report any fraud to all government agencies you can find in your state and in theirs.Every one on this blog should take the time to write your complaint to the Orange county california states attorneys office and your state attorney to start. Once they get 10 or more complaints then they will stop sending the refusal to help letters. Letters in volume will get their attention and they will not treat the complaint as an isolated incedent. If you believe they have committed some type of bad faith or unfair dealing report it today, Fraud? Report it today? Misrepresentation? Report it today! Spread the word. Expose them for who they are before they become to big to fail! Take the time and do it now!! NOW!! NOW!!! Report these peoples activity.

Their business address in some websites shows that they are in the same building as Ameriquest Mortgage Company the GIANT Predatory Lender one of the License Brokers for Ameriquest is also a License Broker for Kondaur Capital Corp and is also one of the Co-founders of Kondaur look it up at State of California Department of Real Estate website license search and also the other Co-founder of Kondaur was VP at Ameriquest.
